It't no secret I am an animal lover, so much so that sometimes even my husband wonders what he's married. Animals are a gift and how we treat them says a lot about us. Yesterday there was a story about the cosmetic line Benefit on the morning news. Of course I checked to see if they tested their products on animals. They apparently don't like to answer that question. I sent them an email asking them if they do indeed test on animals I will let you know when I get a reply. Remember if a product needs to be tested on an animal it means there is something in it that is not good for you. They just want to make sure it's not that toxic or harmful. Shame on any company that does animal testing. More to come.

Ok, so I left the house the other day, I left my brand new tube of lipstick on the night stand next to the bed. Yes, my dog gets up on the bed for naps especially when we are gone. This is what I came home to. I don't even know where the cover is only a piece was left. See the culprit below so how could I be mad at that face. I didn't need that new lipstick anyway. I know most of my blogging is about men's and women's clothing but I had to put this out there. I lost my dog of ten years this past May. I was not going to get another dog until I heard about how many dogs don't have homes. So we went to the Saint Paul Humane Society and found Henry Hicks, a Border Collie mix and only ten months old. He's the best. So of course he has to have a Halloween costume. The body is from Target it will be his winter coat, the hat I made. So you see dogs can make a fashion statement too.
