I bought this vest yesterday at H and M. This is not a store someone who is a bit older necessarily would go to but you never know what you are going to find where. My vest is black, white and brown, not solid brown like this photo but it's the same vest. I love the hook closures and the belt looks like real leather, it's really soft not stiff. I plan on wearing it with my denim jacket or grey blazer for fall and into winter.
